Juniors Grand Final

The McDonald’s Ballarat FNL is pleased to announce the fixture for the junior grand finals to be held at Mars Stadium, Sunday 16th September.
With record crowds across all finals held in the first there weeks, the grand finals are sure to be a showcase of junior football and netball to round out another great season.
The fixture for grand final day are:

U/16.5 Seniors – North Ballarat v East Point – 3:30pm
U/16.5 Reserves – Bacchus Marsh v Ballarat – 1:45pm
U14 Seniors – East Point v North Ballarat – 12:15pm
U/14 Reserves – North Ballarat v Redan – 10:50am
U12 Seniors – North Ballarat v Ballarat – 9:20am
U/12 Reserves – North Ballarat v Redan – 8:15am


V/Line Cup Squad Selection

Congratulations Riley Constable – 16 Swans player Western Bulldogs Next Generation Academy VLine Cup squad member for 2018.
The VLine Cup will be held on the Week starting Monday 24th Sept 2018 in Gippsland.

After an extensive selection process and the WB NGA regional trial matches the squad has been selected, our own Riley Constable has been chosen.

Congratulations to the following girls for being selected in the teams of the year:

BACK LINE:          Emily Sculley and Simone McNeight
INTERCHANGE:   Ellen Werts

BACK LINE:           Georgia Pidgeon
MIDFIELD:             Katie McAloon and Isabelle Rustman

Congratulations to all our Robert Allan award winners announced last night 22nd August:

Congratulation to Will Liston on winning the u/16.5 League Best and Fairest! A terrific effort on winning by 11 Votes.

Congratulations to Jed Manley on winning the Under 10 League Coach of the Year.

Congratulations to all involved in the Junior Swans Netball on winning the Victoria Police Spirit of Sport Team of the Year award.

Congratulations to Abbie O’Brien on coming runner up in the Under 13 Netball BFL award.

Congratulations to Jeremy Lovel and Will Liston for both placing 4th in their respective age groups in the Robert Allan Medal.

Well done to all in our junior Swans and Storm teams.
